To commemorate the centenary of women’s suffrage this year, Laura has written a new poem for The King’s Chapel in London.
The piece, written in collaboration with composer Carmel Smickersgill of The Royal Northern College of Music, will be showcased at The King’s Chapel next summer. The verse will be set to music and performed by a choir as part of London’s Women of the World Festival.
Laura is very much looking forward to attending the Festival next year.
