Each year, The Aesthetica Creative Writing Award honours excellence in poetry and short fiction across the globe. Now in its thirteenth year, the international literary prize has become a hotbed for new talent and is a touchstone for many emerging writers all over the world.
This year, Laura has been shortlisted for The Aesthetica Creative Writing Award.
The work of Elisabeth Sennitt Clough, Ella Duffy and Geraldine Clarkson can also be found on the shortlist. Overall winners are set to be announced in the winter.
All shortlisted entries will be published in The Aesthetica Creative Writing Anthology, which will be available in the new year. Overall winners will receive £1000 cash, membership to The Poetry Society, and books courtesy of Bloodaxe and Vintage.
